Rich Roman is the founder
of East Coast Enterprises & Roman Electric, Master Custom Layout Builders
and Electrical Contractors.
East Coast Enterprises was
established in 1990 & Roman Electric was established in
1994. Prior to that, Rich built custom model railroads for 10 years at a
neighborhood train store. Rich has worked hard to build his business on
honesty and integrity, at first working out of a single truck to his now 6000
square foot workshop.
He has an Engineering Degree from New Jersey
Institute of technology and is a Licensed Electrical Contractor (NJ License
& Business Permit #13511).
His philosophy about model railroad
construction can be summed up in one word - QUALITY. 
Rich has
shared his talent, skills and creative expertise with his production team that
consists of master carpenters, electricians and artists. East Coast's layouts have been featured in
many in magazines as well as newspaper articles, and have been displayed both
publicly and privately.
